All 'Gold Stars' must live in the circulation area of The Herald (as determined by JICREG at the point of nomination).
Nominees and nominators agree for their details, photographs and video (if applicable) to be published in The Herald, on its ‘thisisplymouth.co.uk’ website and First Devon & Cornwall’s website.
The Herald reserves the right to not choose a 'Gold Star' every month.
No correspondence will be entered into and the editor’s decision is final.
